All goods will always be packed carefully into parcels and shipped via DHL. The parcel has a DHL tracking number which we provide in our shipment confirmation emails and which can be looked up at the DHL homepage. In case of damaged goods or lost parcels, please contact us as soon as possible in order to enable us to help you quickly.
During winter
In order to protect the plants from cold, parcels will be shipped with heat packs. Please avoid pack stations as delivery address as they might not be heated during winter.

Our goods can be delivered to any country within the European Union (except to French oversea departments, e.g. Martinique). All goods are shipped via DHL.

PayPal-Payment
PayPal is a very easy and safe way of payment and is common type of payment in online shops all over the world. The order process including PayPal payment is the following: After selecting PayPal as your type of payment, you click on "Continue". Then you are redirected automatically to the PayPal site by clicking on "place order". There you login and confirm the payment of your order (e.g. by credit card).
