I was a little anxious about how well my orchids would travel to the UK but I need not have worried, beautiful plants very well packed & arrived in excellent condition. To see this one in bloom when it arrived was a real joy, exquisite flowers on such a delicate plant. Such gems are hard to find here in the UK & I have no doubt I will be buying more from you in the future.
This is a beautiful orchid and very easy to keep, probably the cast iron plant of orchids in my opinion!. What the site fails to mention for the novice (and i include myself in this as i only keep a few orchids on my window sills at home) is that this orchid has a beautiful scent which fills the room, but is not over powering. It sends up flower spikes from previous years growth (growth is compact), mines currently got 12 and its only in a five and a half inch clay pot. These spikes are long lasting, for several months. In view of the above, if your not into big showy flowers and something which is simple, but beautiful i recommend this. Im just glad i found this site so i can purchase the alba!
I was so happy to find the Maxillaria flowering when I unpacked my parcel with eight orchids from you. The lovely scent of vanilla from Maxillaria rufescens made me adore this cute plant from the start. I am very pleased with my entire order: the service was fast and good, the plants carefully packed in paper (thank you for not using plastic!) and they were all in good condition and larger than I had expected. Arrived excellently packaged as the buds/flower stalk were still attached so very pleased and amazed after traveling all those miles between Germany and England it looks unafffected by the journey. The plant is super health and excellent qaulity. Must have plant.
